You go on a job interview and meet some people at a place at work. Afterwards, either the job is not right for you or they feel that you are not right for the job. Most people share that information with others at a networking event, to perhaps help people who might wish to know about the on goings at that place. Well, instead of just sharing that information with a small group of people, you could share that information with a much larger audience. Hence, I would ask that anything that you contribute is not subject to any non-disclosure agreement, nor is it of a nature that revealing that information would look negative upon you or your interviewers. Please be aware that information spreads fast. I know of one incident in a karate school in Japan where one student wrote negatively of his master’s book on http://www.amazon.com. Even thought that student never signed his name, I know who it was and never respected him afterwards. This happened three continents away and 20 years ago, but I will not speak to him because of this incident. You don’t want to repeat something like this with your circle of business associates upon whom you will potentially rely on for future contacts.

I want to keep things in a positive light, so that people are both willing to come forth because this is valuable information and because they won’t turned away from this site. I don't want this website to degrade into the newsgroup alt.computer.consultants, because that would drive away our best clients and information donors.  If anything, you might get future calls from your business associates who want to hear it from someone in the know.  Also, we record your ip address in case we are required to release that information by court order.

This website provides a soapbox for people to express their collective knowledge and experience about the ongoing in their local circle of business associates, much like a newsgroup or local venue.
